Introductory Reflexology Training, Workshop
Are you interested in learning Reflexology but not yet ready for the 200 or 600 h training?
If you’re interested in learning more and growing your understanding in the practice itself this economical, one day informative class is something you’ll not want to overlook.
Perhaps you’ve taken a course years ago or self studied the ancient modality and want to use this time for confirming the information you’ve learnt. You may be a yoga teacher, health care worker, nutritionist, massage therapist or someone who we like to call a “leading learner” that wants to explore the history and theories of Reflexology
This workshop is open to everyone. You do not need to be in the field of health care or holistic studies to join us and there is no application process to attend
In this full day workshop you’ll explore the history, fundamentals and basic techniques to use Reflexology to empower the bodies ability to heal and reduce pain or symptoms associated with dis-ease
You will create your own foot map, learn how to perform a “mini-session” on yourself and learn the 10 meridians and 12 reflex points often used to alleviate common ailments and everyday complaints on yourself, your family and even your clients (for body works practitioners)
The workshop will always be led by an accredited Reflexologist and there will be time for questions following the presentation and practicum
Total Investment is $125 for the full day workshop 9:30-3:30
Please wear comfortable clothing, have long hair tied back and nails/toenails trimmed.
Bring yourself a notebook and pen, a bottle of water and snacks for the day
